Product profile 2 : Quirky Katwa pouches

These pouches are embroidered by tribal women of Sirali Mahila Jivan in Jharkhand. Originally this was a means of recycling old cloth and creating beautiful narratives on cloth in the process. Available in Car, leaf, flower, heart and fish motifs.

Made from raw silk they come in assorted sizes. The zipper converts into a handle so you can carry it around on your arm as well.

The insides are lined with old silk saris.
